It seems as though the Obama Administration is starting to get on board with the medical marijuana situation we have in the US. I hope to see more collaboration in the future.

I think medical marijuana is educating a lot of people about the importance of state sovereignty. If we let 50 states decide how to set publich health policy, we might see some successes and some failures, but we would all have a better idea of what works and what doesn't work. I'm not sure if it took medical marijuana to get President Obama to understand that, but it certainly is a good example of it.
