The court found the Board of Pharmacy had avoided my question.
Who determines whether marijuana has accepted medical use in treatment in the United States?
There are only two possible answers, maybe three: (1) Iowa; (2) States; (3) the FDA.
It makes you wonder why the Board of Pharmacy can't pick one.
