Olsen v. Mukasey Update - 12/17/2008

I received another response from the Government.

The Government responded to my Motion for Summary Judgment with an Opposition and a Response to my statement of material facts.

I responded with a Reply to the Government's Opposition and a Reply to the Government's statement of material facts.

Your patience with all this legalese is an inspiration.I had a good friend win a case against the Government of Canada and the department of corrections using a prison library so it can be done.It always seems to me that these people are not enforcing any law but are just making it up as they go.Reading the back and forth makes me crazy.Good luck with your case.Medical marijuana is legal in Canada.
